Established in 2004, Ketaixing specializes in manufacturing, designing and marketing a series of LED lighting products, driving power modules and other core components. Our main products include LED floodlights, LED street lights, LED fluorescent lights, LED down lights, LED high bay lights, LED track lights, LED tube lights, LED spot lights, LED panel lights, LED wall washers, LED strip lights, LED grow lights, LED modules for channel letters and signs as well as customized LED lighting solutions and accessories. We are one of the largest LED flood lighting providers. The power range of our floodlights range from 12v, 24v and 85v to 265v and from 10W, 20W, 30W and 50W to 200W and include RGB types.
We have a factory occupying an area of 1,000 square meters with 50-70 employees that utilize 2 production lines and advanced equipment from Japan to produce a monthly output of 15,000 LED floodlights and 2,000 LED street lights. We can also produce 500 LED high bay lights and 2,000 T8 LED tubes daily. Our raw materials are sourced from Taiwan and big companies such as Cree and Edison to ensure high-quality products.
We have 5 R&D staff with an average of 4 years' experience that can produce 5 new products each month and provide customized samples within 20 days. We also have 5 QC staff with 3 years' experience that strictly follows ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 Quality Management System guidelines. There is always 2 QC staff on each production line to makes sure our products are compliant with CE and FCC standards as well as the RoHS Directive. Furthermore, they provide 3-year warranty for our products and maintain a 0.0005% return rate.
We've established a logistics center that uses custom-designed ERP software to keep all aspects of our operations running smoothly. Our products are exported to the UK, France, Spain, the US, Australia and Japan.
